Matt Ring truly made our car purchase here such a great experience. He was helpful, NEVER pushy, professional and yet extremely personable! He honestly cares about doing the right thing for people and isn’t just out to make a sale. Above all, Matt absolutely went above and beyond…. Due to a few things, we did not purchase the vehicle the first time we were there, Matt kept in contact with us and we were able to get the truck we wanted! Genuine, caring people can be hard to find in this line of work— go see Matt next time you need to purchase a vehicle, you will NOT be disappointed!! Oh and his hand written thank you card is a wonderful personal touch!

We drove over 8 hours to Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport and would do it again in a heartbeat! If you don't want the BS, bogus fees & games dealers play, then go here. This dealership is for real, upfront, honest and no hidden fees which is VERY difficult to find nowadays. So tired of these dealership runaround and treating customers with disrespect and just looking at the numbers. EVERYONE at this dealership was very friendly and caring. ADAM FELIX, our sales consultant was AMAZING - very knowledgeable, professional, friendly - can't say enough about him. He went above and beyond to help us out and took the time to explain all the features of the car. I would HIGHLY recommend Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport & ask for sales consultant Adam Felix.

Marissa Tomasella is hands down the KINDEST and most thoughtful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with to purchase a vehicle. I was the one purchasing this time, but she made sure to make each person in my family feel welcome, including our three year old. She asked all the right questions and worked with Kory, the sales manager, to find a vehicle that fit my family. Kory was a true professional from start to finish as well. If you’re looking for a team that’s going to accommodate your needs and work to fit you to with vehicle, choose Ciocca. Work with Marissa, and you will not be disappointed. As long as she is working there, I will ask for her and recommend her and this dealership to anyone in the market!

After 20+ years of buying all my cars from Fairfield (former owners), I had the worst experience with Ciocca about 2 years ago, and will never darken their door again. I was helping my daughter buy her first used car. We picked out a car that I believed would be within her price range after some negotiating. I asked the sales rep to give me the best price that he could, explained that I've purchased every vehicle I own from their dealership and that I wasn't going to sit and play the back and forth game all day. I also mentioned that I was going to be in the market for a truck in the next few months, so this could be a two sale deal. He went into the back to "talk to the manager" and came out with the sticker price figured out with the tax/tags, etc. Absolutely not a penny off the asking price! This was before the pandemic and shortage on vehicles. There was no excuse for it. It was insulting. They sent a clear message about what they thought of regular, loyal customers. I took my business to Jo-Dan Motors near Wilkes-Barre for my daughter's car. It was worth the drive. About 6 months later, I bought a really nice Toyota truck from Alexander's and never stepped foot on the Ciocca lot. It takes years to earn regular business but only one experience to lose it.

Questions & Answers

I purchased my vehicle from Fairfield toyota of williamsport. It's now a ciocca dealership. Will the new dealship honor vehicle repair like old?

If it is warranty work, they don't have an option. If it's an "IOU" I would still say yes. The reason, an audit of the dealer jackets prior to sale would be something that should have been done and the purchaser would have to account to honor that IOU. But I'm no lawyer

Be glad you are not a new client. This is the worst dealership we have ever tried to work with.
