Amazing Service, with such and amazing staff. Have used them for years. They saved us during the pandemic, and we still continue to use their membership service daily. With summer here I can rely on my hero's for all of our sushi runs! These guys are the best... Clearly a reason they have been doing this for so long.

Malibu Delivery is by far the best groceries delivery service I've ever had, and Chad is by far the most responsive and caring owner. They're especially great at choosing produce, and Natasha is the best of all. She takes special care in choosing the freshest specimens and follows my directions perfectly. She has great judgement when she has to make decisions, but will call me if she has any questions. Particularly during quarantine, we're so fortunate that Malibu Delivery exists!

This company is the best delivery service you could ask for. All of their employees are prompt and quick to deal with your asks. Not only do they deliver food or groceries to your door in a timely manner, but they can also help you with tasks or other things you need delivered or brought to you. This type of service blows all other forms of delivery services out of the water. They have great customer service, an amazing owner, and fantastic employees. I would 10/10 recommend this service to anyone in the malibu area, as it is the best quality of service you are going to get from anyone no matter where you are. Trust me when I say you are in good hands using Malibu Delivery Service.

Virginia, I am sorry I am not quite sure why you are saying these things. I am not aware of any time in the last 4 months you have used our services 19 times without a problem ever. On the evening of 11/17/20 you attempted to place an order at 9:10 for Spruzzos. Even though it was after our business hours we tried to call spruzzos and they were closed. When I called to tell you that the restaurant was closed you said “well make it work” and hung up the phone on me. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to open a restaurant that has closed. We can however remain open for you and go to somewhere that was still serving food, however that was not sufficient for you. With that being said we have decided that this program would not be a good fit for you and have returned your membership 28 out of 30 days in. Again sorry you feel the way you do. The facts are we have completed 22 orders including all of your groceries since Aug. without incident.

Awful service. The value is not there at all.
