I cannot say enough good things about Ameri-Cal Weight Clinic. The weight loss results I am experience are astounding. I am losing weight, my confidence is up, I am eating less and my wife is paying a good deal more "attention" ( ;P ) to me then she has in years! I had come by Ameri-Cal Weight Clinic having seen one of their ads in local paper. Never before in my life (at least until I was about 35 years old) had I ever had to worry about my weight. For the longest time I was able to eat anything I wanted without worrying that it would go to my waist. In recent years though that changed and I gained weight. I had tried various ways to get my weight under control by exercise and diet, even going back into martial arts. Nothing worked for me. Perhaps in large part because now with a family and kids, I just didn't have the time to devote to a rigorous regimen and I found dieting hard around the kids because guess what? They can eat all the yummy food they want and not gain an ounce! LOL.They don't have a weight problem, they're kids. So with a healthy amount of skepticism I called Ameri-Cal Weight Clinic and went to see them at their Walnut Creek office. Mr. Weiland was cordial, as was the medical practitioner. They weighed me, took my vitals, interviewed me asking what my weight goals were. Then they made a medication recommendation, explaining that appetite suppressants are an important part of their weight loss program, which coupled with some diet and exercise would result in significant weight loss. 3 months later and 16 lbs. lighter I felt much better than I had in years and all of this without having to completely change who I am. I am not a gym rat nor have I had to go without the foods I love. Yes I have had to make some adjustments to how I eat and how much, yes I have had to do thing like go on walks a few times a week but these are all things that have been of benefit to me without having become someone else. Ameri-Cal Weight Clinic and Mr. Weiland changed the course of my life, they made me comfortable with who I was and who I wanted to be and made me as they say, look how I wanted to feel.
