Booked a van almost a month in advance to be told they don’t have one. This is the 3rd time this has happened I saw other reviews saying the same thing , good way to lose business. Wont be renting at this location again. Not satisfied have planned 3 different family trips and have not had enough trunk space for either one of them. Id understand if this happens with 1-2 people but for it to happen this many times and with multiple people is ridiculous

None that I know of. However, a few locations will have a pick up service and will take you to their office so you don't have to drive there

No, you can add who you want to drive as long as they're 25 or older.
The only time you do not have to purchase there insurance is If you carry full coverage on your vehicle. With that said I would ask Enterprise If you are covered there insurance only covers there vehicles. Not any one or anything else.

Enterprise is pretty fair, a debit card with a reasonable deposit and a valid license. Don't buy the extra insurance your policy covers you. The extra insurance is a con.
