Zero stars. Questions not answered. Had to go home and spend hours on phone with ATT customer service and finally was disconnected before being helped. This has happened before so I’ll be going to another mobile carrier.

I had the most dedicated staff and each of them gave me undivided attention and I felt protected and they were all attentive to me and the other customers. It was organic. It was seamless the way your reps all worked together to provide the best service for me and the others in the store. It was a very professional atmosphere. They were patient and in great spirits. I was very happy after they assisted me and I remain happy, very happy to this day. I am truly grateful for those three individuals who made sure I was taken care of.

Robert " Bobby " had the best customer service we have had yet at ATT . He was patient with us and extremely helpful . We would come back again to him if we need any assistance. He was someone we would consider that has top customer service. Helped us know about deals and teacher discount which we didn’t know about . He was quick , efficient and detailed. Thank you !
