Had a fantastic experience with this service center (where I also picked up my Model 3 LR '22). Tesla's are the best cars out there but they are not without their occasional faults (and the company is learning at an incredible pace).... David Warfield was exceptional, very helpful, they got the car fixed and provided a loaner. Highly recommended and I've tried a few other service centers in the past with my previous Model 3.

Tesla Corte Madera told me they closed the San Rafael location. Cheyenne from South Africa who works there sent me to Anthony’s auto craft to get repairs on body of car because this person ran into the back of my car at a red light. Anthony’s kept saying how awful it is to have a Tesla get body repairs. I think it’s wrong Tesla has to send cars to body shops.
