Their signature "Tonkotsu Ramen" has been replaced with "Kakuni Tonkotsu Ramen." All the effort that goes into making a good ramen isn't there. It's like carnitas in chicken soup with cabbage and a soft boiled egg. Portion sizes have increased but I was really here for the flavor. They've also changed to a pre-COVID sit down style of ordering but service is very slow.
