I made an appointment for my passport. I don't know why the rating is so low. But the lady is friendly to me and notice I left some thing blank on the application because I didn't understand the questions and she explained more that made me understand the questions.. I didn't get my passport yet, but the transaction went smoothly.

It depends who is working. The younger woman (I think shes latina, not sure) knows what she is doing and gives good service. The old lady is cranky sometimes. Last time I went it was someone new at the counter and I don't think she received enough training before being put up there by herself. I had about 10 packages to send out and I could tell that it was difficult for her to process all of it. For one of them the address on the confirmation screen was completely wrong and even after spelling the address out loud, it still was not correct. Also, she didn't understand that Puerto Rico is not international and I believe that I ended up paying more than I should have. I've been coming to this post office my whole life and know what to expect. Just make sure that you double check that everything is correct before paying.

Good morning Mr Thorne 90, thank you for asking. The question of shipping label or services and printing at USPS Nevin Richmond CA, location. No, printing services are there. I would ask the postal service worker - when shipping something post office can print out labels for you at a cost I'm sure. Because when I go to UPS, they have a system that their service is of the same nature in business. Thanks. //A2B//
No, Lobby not 24 Hrs. Saturday: 8:30am-1pm, and Mon-Fri: 8:30-5pm ... your best times. PO at Oakland' 7th Street is 24/7.
Nevin PO location does have passport services. "Contact location" to be safe before going just verify there be open that day.
Yes. There are some post offices that have 'a kiosk machine' in lobby. You can pay there in one of those cities. Call post office to see where kiosks are located. And, you can pay online 2 days before bill is due via internet.

Usually when that happens its because your name is not registered as living there. You could ask your delivery mailman why or go down to the office. I don't know what your situation is but somebody in your residence has to to initiate the return to sender by marking that on the mail at least three times for the post office to stop sending mail with the name of the person being returned to sender.Any Recent break ups or vindictive roommates? You have to go down to the post office to find out forsure.
Contact your "Original" Company, Store or Person to get your shipping information. Q: Ask them how did pay and ship box/item to you? Get phone picture text from them of all receipts.
