Great sales experience and excellent off-road camping selection! Almost everything was completed from a distance, all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Worth the easy drive from eastern PA for the sale. Very friendly, knowledgeable team that was organized with great communication. I would recommend them to anyone. They made it simple and easy! Thanks again RV Leaders.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great experience all around, especially being first time buyers. They walked us through everything, twice, and made sure we had all we needed to get on the road happy and safely. Great people! Special shout out for our saleswoman, Mary; you rock! Thanks again!

No dramatic hyperbole here, just the facts about the worst buying experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a major item (Opus off-road trailer). 1. The salesman had very limited knowledge about the camper he was trying to sell me (poor staff training). 2. The trailer had clearly NOT been washed/cleaned, when it arrived at the dealership. It had sat in the show room for a number of weeks with the lower sides and underneath still covered in road salt from the delivery (trailered across country in the winter). This resulted in salt corrosion of some parts underneath not visible during a casual inspection. 3. I was told by the salesman during initial discussions that I would be given finance options. I was not, I was given one, long term option with a fairly high interest rate. 4. The pre-delivery inspection/ cleaning was a joke - the camper had clearly not been cleaned (there was still a film of dried salt spray covering most of the unit). Several issues were not noticed, including, but not limited to, drawer slides not installed during assembly, broken light dimmer switch, corroded corner stabilizers (salt corrosion), rusted chips/dings on the frame paintwork, mis-alignment of tent canvas with body of camper. 5. This one was a biggy! On getting the trailer home and opening up all the compartment doors, I noticed the water heater was actually MISSING! The explanation given during a swiftly initiated phone call to the dealership was ‘oh yeah, the technician removed it because it was leaking, but failed to inform anyone’… really? 6. The pack-down of the air tent back into the trailer body took several attempts and at least 4 members of staff, again because none of the staff appeared to have a clue about the functioning of the air tent. I can now pack the tent, by myself, in around 5 minutes, after just two previous pack downs. I have received no formal apology or financial compensation from RV Leaders for any of the aforementioned issues. They have/ are sourcing replacement parts for me - which I am installing myself due to the fact that I no longer trust them to do any work on the trailer. That is the limit of their obligations according to the general manager, who informed me that ‘a deal is a deal, and warranty is warranty’. And that’s that! No phone call from the owner asking how they could have done things different, or to follow up on how things are going with replacement parts being shipped, help with installing, etc. RV Leaders - a prime example of ‘take the money, and get them out the door’. All in all, a terrible buying experience I hope never to repeat. UPDATE: As you can see from the owners response below, RV Dealers did NOT address any of my issues and just issued a generic response. In fact their response seems to confirm that their PDI’s (pre-delivery inspections) are indeed a joke. They insist they do a PDI on every unit, including the one I purchased. Well, look at the photos and decide for yourself how much they missed during this particular PDI. If this is the level of service you’re happy with, then go ahead and use RV Leaders. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Unfortunately we do not carry park models. We only carry traveling models.
Safety is addressed at our store attaining to the CoVid issue. Our staff wears face masks, practice social distancing, wipe down our trailers after people check them out. Hand sterilizing and washing hands are encouraged also. Customers can feel safe to visit our store, and if they wish to look at trailers on their own, all of our inventory is opened daily, so customers can feel comfortable, at their own pace, and if they want assistance, simply let us know. But don't let the CoVid crisis prevent you from visiting our RV LEADERS store. Thank you, Bob Himler President/ Owner RV LEADERS
