I would just like to take this opportunity to say what a great experience my wife and I had purchasing our new Jayco North Point from Rhone's RV. This is our second RV, with the first coming from a "big box store". Dan from sales was upfront, honest, professional and a pleasure to work with during the sales process. He made sure my concerns were addressed and did his best to work with me to meet our financial needs for the unit. I was a little apprehensive about making the 4 hour drive to trade in out current unit and purchase this new one but I can confidently say now that I would gladly have driven even further! The service once we arrived was prompt and professional. They unhooked out old rig and had our new one detailed and in a heated garage once we arrived where we could go through and inspect the rig at our leisure and with a very knowledgeable technician. Zac, our service tech was outstanding and gave us confidence that our new rig was properly looked over both aesthetically and mechanically before going out the door. (Unlike our first big-rv store experience) He helped us hook up and test-drive the rig with our truck before we left ensuring that everything was in order. I cannot say how impressed I am with the attention we were given as compared to some of the other big rv stores and the level of care they gave our new home on wheels. He even through in an adaptor to ensure proper function of our new trailer camera!
