I had two new doors installed at the same time, the salesman and individuals in the beginning did an amazing job. The short coming was on install and follow up on completion of job. One door has about 2" of weather stripping at the bottom cut short which just allows anything and everything through...second issue the latch to the door is 12" off the floor, you have to get down to latch a full size and I guess why make it look level either....been a great company in years past to deal with on service and parts, came up short on new installation. Update Aug 25th 2022, Gabe reached out to me via phone call where we setup a time to meet and go over the issues, once we met and discussed issues Gabe personally took care of the issues that I had noticed and a few other things that the install team missed that he wanted to be correct. I want to say thank you for the extra bonus work they did on some other shop doors that I was needing new weather strip installed also at the same time. Thanks again Gabe!!!

I came home to a broken garage door system. I called the next morning and was able to schedule a service call that fit my schedule within two days. Customer service was awesome. Joe came out as scheduled and was very helpful and professional in installing a new garage door opener. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Recently Master installer Arvin Shippy came to my house to check out a garage door that was not working in my garage and also one in my shop. He replaced the opener in the shop, replaced the old worn out opener panels on the wall and programmed 2 new universal remotes so both doors now work off the same remote. He even hard wired the shop so I can now use a remote on the shop wall. Arvin was very professional, fast, and courteous. He was very quick and got the job done right. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Arvin Shippy and Overhead Door Company of New Plymouth.
