Went for alterations on my FIRST suit and the lady acted like she didn’t know what look I was going for. Disappointed. Not a true tailor.

Not a good service here. I provided one item to be altered in 3 sections. Came back a week later and only 2 sections were completed. I was told I can pay extra and wait another week to get it done. Lady at the front desk did no even want to listen to my concern. Not coming here again

On my last visit I dropped off my shirts on a Saturday and they quoted me a return of Thursday after 5pm - but I'm never in a rush and they know me. They may be flexible if you need them sooner.
Businesses usually do not monitor these questions, your best bet is to call them. I know they do alterations so hopefully this will not be a problem for them. Good luck!
