Very disappointed!! I called to place an order for a pizza and a young woman answered the phone and was in a very hateful mood from the time the call began, until it ended. They will NEVER be getting my service again. Pitiful!

I called and placed my order at 7:14pm for Delivery as we were staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites. They said it would be between 35/45min before it was delivered. After about an hour at 8:21pm I called and inquired about how much longer, the lady on the other end was super short with me and said do you want to cancel because that's all we can do for you right now and went onto say she's only 1 person and she's doing everything, taking calls, making the dough and cooking. We decided to just drive up there to get our pizza rather than having it delivered. We arrived at 8:32pm and told them we were picking up and to not deliver it. There were 4 people working. 1 lady taking calls, 2 men making pizzas and 1 delivering. They hadn't even put our pizza in the oven by the time we showed up. We ended up waiting there for another 40min and FINALLY got to eat around 930pm! I would not recommend this Papa John's especially since a lot of the other reviews express this same very thing.

We placed an online order at around 9:30 told us that it would only take 15 minutes. We arrive there and our food is not done yet; they told us they messed up on one of our papadias so they had to remake it. They gave us no time limit on when it would be done. We wait about 20 minutes and go back to check our food and they still haven’t finished. An hour later we still don’t have our food and all they can tell us is they messed up on part of our order so they have to remake it. Multiple people that are after us have gotten their food as soon as they walk in the door. We also asked and paid for extra dipping sauces even reminded them before we left with our food an hour later and they didn’t give it to us. Worst place and worst service ever!

Ordered pizza was given an estimated delivery time of 36 minutes. An hour later no pizza. I call and after being put on hold twice was told it was out for delivery. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I call again and was told it was delivered. Mind you I have been sitting near the door listening and heard no knock or any car pull up. Apparently the driver made it back to the store and just kept saying I went where Google maps told me. I kept explaining wherever she went was the wrong address . I was put on hold again twice then hung up on. I called back and she kept saying the same thing. No one was offering to remake it or refund me being that I already paid in advance online., but had no pizza. Finally got a.manager she said she would refund me but I've yet to see it. Ordered from Domino's and it arrived in under 30 minutes. Never order from this store terrible service.
