It seems odd to me that the state is in the business of selling alcohol. I prefer alcohol sold in grocery stores, but that's just what I grew up with and am use to. That being said. The people that work here are exceeding friendly, the stores are clean, and often smell good. I just don't see the point of a state run store.

I had the great opportunity to work here a very short time when I first moved to Virginia last year. And I loved my job so much. Honestly I miss it loads. I had some fantastic co workers! Huck you always have made my day and I love seeing you! And pam and Tabitha and Susan , you ladies truly were good to me about certain things and I as a customer always feel welcome and helped and comfortable! Y'all are amazing and the store is stocked with fantastic beverages!

The staff is friendly And helpful as always. The selection of available spirits reflect the taste of the people served. The pricing there reflect the needs of local tax official's. I personally enjoyed my adventure spending more money than I planned but leaving with a smile on my face. Hey guys it's the liquor store, it's FUN, remember?
