Staff was very overwhelmed with very few customers. Food took FOREVER. Nobody was apologizing to the customers in the lobby or anything.

This wendys was great. We just stop thru on our way thru town and the inside was clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The person at the counter was very friendly and even asked our little one if there was a certain color they wanted for their toy. The food was hot and the fries were very fresh. So very yummy!!! I also liked that the freestyle machine seemed to have all of the flavors and choices to choose from. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Picking up Door Dash and type of cookies that customer had ordered were not available. Employee at drive thru went above and beyond to make sure the customer got them substituted.

Got my order wrong, thought it was a nighttime at lunchtime, poorly made hamburgers. But they were quick at making those mistakes.
