Highest customer service I’ve seen in some time. Big Mountain as a company is amazing, great customer service as well. All other calls for emergency air conditioner service were anywhere from 7 days to 3 weeks wait time, BM was out the next day. My family and animals greatly appreciated the relief at 100+ weather, A++.

Edwin did an excellent job servicing my Air Conditioner. After the inspection, Edwin went over each section of the inspection and throughly explained any potential repairs and/or maintenance issues.
