I would give them 0 stars. They are the worst when it comes down communication. They put me on hold for over 45 mins or so to just hang up the phone on me. Waste of time Called back 5 times and they kept hanging up. Poor management from such a reputable company. I wouldn't recommended to anyone.

Don, the RV service writer fails to provide anything close to acceptable communication. Scrutinize your estimate closely, as well. His estimate was 30% under the actual invoice for service/repair, even after additional services were approved and factored in.
