I ordered an ARB compressor twice. Once in Oakland and once in Sacramento. I never received either. I called Oakland with the part number and asked if they had it in stock. They said, "yes", put hands on it and said they would hold it for me. I went to the store the next day and not there. Just a shoulder shrug from everyone. I looked online and Amazon said they had it and could deliver the next day. Next day arrives and Amazon sends me an email saying it was being delayed til Monday. It was Saturday. I couldn't wait til Monday as early Monday morning we were headed out on a 4x4 camping trip and I needed a compressor for it. I looked online again to 4 Wheel Parts and it was in stock in the Sacramento store. I was headed to Tahoe area, so would work to pick it up on my way up there. I bought it online as he store was closed. I headed there with email order in hand. At the store, again, shoulder shrugs. No idea where it is... They did however have the much more expensive twin compressor. I was stuck, so had to buy that one. The twin is a nice compressor, but more than I needed. Regardless, I don't think this exists. It's just a ploy to get you to buy something more expensive. Also, 4 Wheel Parts has mostly horrible customer service and will go out of my way to not buy from them again. I will add that the people in Sacramento were at least nice vs Oakland. The people in Sacramento did find a way to discount the more expensive compressor to compensate for not having what I needed.

Jack is awesome, he would go above and beyond to ensure we were satisfy and that our parts were arriving. They do need to improve on follow-ups, was told numerous time that theyll call back with an answer by end of day, but never did.

Took my TJ in for a Rubicon long arm kit install. Let’s just say I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by Nathon and Cody from the get go. Enjoyed my experience here. I did get placed on hold via phone for a long while one day but was explained they're very short staffed. Understood as most places are. Instead, I took time and went in, worked with Nathan directly. Wonderful customer service, helped with ALL my questions and we ordered parts. My jeep install was 1.5 weeks later. Great job gents!

Hello, I bought some running boards for me, chevy Colorado 2010, but now years ago I personally put my truck with a sound in the bottom where the screws of the running boards came in. Can you help installing them in your workshop?
If it still back ordered I don't see why not. I've order stuff for my jeep and put little to no down and got store credit. My choice. I would call them and ask. Check web site you may want something else.
