Instead of explaining why they lose my packages they wanted to send me to Amazon and charge me for that service. When clearly Amazon is NOT the problem it's them.

This is the must un customer friendly place sit at home all day because package is supposed to be delivered then it changes to tomorrow. You think OK I have to drive by there anyway ill stop and pick it up desiel I'd expensive save them a stop heck no you can't pick up your package.

Marked my package delivered yet I have their truck on camera never slowing down at my address, he drove by at 16:14:14. Would like to know where exactly he delivered my package?
