I am grateful to have a UPS drop off center not far from home. The attendant is always wonderful and helpful. The staff at this location have all been excellent and friendly. They definitely deserve a raise!

Ferndale NY that’s all. I’ve had more packages go from UPS to the local post office but get them to figure out a simple home delivery is impossible.

Will the Ferndale, NY UPS facility accept an Amazon return with a QR code?

Hi Arleen, you are able to drop off this package to your nearest UPS Store and use the QR code you received. We are able to receive packages with the labels printed already.

The hours say M-F 4-6pm, but I went to ship something last Thursday at 5:08 pm, and the door was locked & nobody was there. What gives? I have to ship 2 very important things on Wednesday (medical related) and am worried the same thing will happen.

I don't know. I think it sucks that they don't open up until 4:00 clock in the afternoon and are only open until 8 clock at night to mail anything out.

Don't feel bad I live in liberty NY UPS isn't that far from me and they rather go to other towns first than right here. Its crazy I have to wait the hole day for them to come.

You should have them out and deliver everyone's stuff today because they where told to go home and you should be open for business today and getting my stuff today because the weather is much better today and no more excuses from an get to work today
