My experience with PODS was positive from beginning to end. It was easy to talk with someone on the phone to learn my options and get an initial quote. I called back a few times to change the size of POD and delivery/pick-up dates, which wasn't a problem. My interactions with the drivers were positive, and they were always timely and professional. The ease of not having to drive a large storage truck hundreds of miles or more is well worth the extra cost. My one complaint is that they only offer an 8-foot or 16-foot POD for long-distance moves.
