I have no complaints with the mail delivery, none. But, I avoid the office at all costs. I have been in there numerous times over the last few years and they have always been consistently rude with others, and myself. I go the the Moss Landing post office where they are very friendly and never have they had an attitude. They have only been courteous. So now the best place to complain is to a regional USPS where there may be more senior management.

Worst customer service the two women in the front desk are extremely rude for no reason specially the one who shows in the picture that lady is always rude to me for no reason if she doesn’t like her job she should just quit

This is my second time trying to get my daughter passport , I have to reschedule for second time , they were so rude both ladies at the front desk . Coming from Watsonville waist of my time and Gas . Very surprise they are not fired
