It’s our second or third time meeting with Mike for service. Mike is fabulous. He is professional knowledgeable friendly and just a really kind and helpful person. He makes our visit every time so easy and pleasant. He informs us of the details in very easy language for us to understand with the screen on and provides us with different options for us to make informed decision. He clearly explains what we expect in terms of time and cost. He is just an above and beyond professional and highly recommend making an appointment with him.

Well I had to have my transmission replaced, I was informed that the eta could be 3 - 4 weeks. There were no loaners, no options, and no alternatives for me my advisor explained. I was given his Manger # Bill Dolan who I didn't have time to wait on the phone to leave a message for a return call. I feel I should have been contacted on the matter. I get my car back 3 days shy of 3 weeks. My car is brought down and there is foot smudges on my door step. I later look under the hood to find my engine cover off sitting to the side with hood closed on top. There's no sticker reference to my next oil change. My back up lights are out There's a code on the dash for it I wasn't given any recommendations for it . My advisor assumed it was the cruise control, it wasn't . I really need to have it checked at another Volkswagen dealership I don't trust the work now that's to many red flags. I understand Volkswagen are individually owned, but there shouldn't be perks depending what dealership you purchased your car from either.
