I have always given 5 stars. I rent weekly for work. On 5/24 I picked up a Nissan. The AC did not work. I didn't report it, big boss was in store, I didn't want to cause employee problem, and it was a cool morning. I reported upon return. They charged my company for "damage" that I didn't do! Instead of worrying about spare tire, check the heat/ac! Update. I was mistaken ly chared with the claim, when it should have gone to Enterprise. Thanks for taking care of it!
