Just wanted to share light on this wonderful bike shop that I just encountered… The gentleman’s were very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to repair and selling merchandise. If your looking for repair recommendation I recommend asking for a gentlemen name Mike .

Staff seemed nice but they don't have enough stuff for you to properly maintain your own bike. There is no reason they should have to special order basic chain parts, especially being the only bike shop in the area you would think they would have EVERYTHING needed to make you want to keep going there. I've been a few times over the years but I think I'm done with this shop and all other "neighborhoods bike shop" locations

Beware. This shop swaps out parts and sells you something different than what’s advertised. I walked in to buy a Trek road bike. The salesman slowly but surely divulged they swapped out the rotors and “might” be able to get them back. Extremely poor customer service. Do not go here!
