Went to get my oil changed at THIS valvoline shop......and they did not replace the oil cap.....as they should with a new one. NOTE*** a 2020 Ford. They decided to reuse the old one.A few day later, I noticed that my car was leaking oil in the driveway....so when I went back to the shop( waiting for almost a hour in line) to let them know what happened, they said they did not have a replacement drain plug to replace it with, and to go to the other one o. Clinton Keith. WOW!!!! LUCKILY, and thank 🙏 the man up stairs, they wasn't busy, and they took care of the situation.......NO PROBLEM.....MORAL OF THE STORY....this shop is not good, and the other store ON CLINTON KEITH IS PHENOMENAL!!!! GREAT SERVICE, FAST AND WILL ALWAYS GET MY BUSINESS!!!! PERIOD.
