I would give a 10 I possible. I have always been a person that never believed or trust any kind of mechanic or auto shop. If you don't believe there is still good people in the world, you're wrong. Travis took my car in for alignment and I get a call 15 min.(me thinking they just said they did it but didn't). I come back thinking they ripped me.. nope he said your car doesn't need alignment and no charge. I thought I didn't hear him correct. left in disbelief and coming back next time for things I need with confidence. honest place in my opinion.
