Hi Benny, I don't think rates are too high, I think rates are exactly where they need to be. Generally speaking the market cannot handle high sale prices and high interest rates so when one is high the other one is low to fair. Right now values are at their highest so rates have to be low to fair so that the market can still move forward. Although the rates were historically low in October 2017 I still believe that the rates are low today!
