Having issues scanning the numbers from the unit, we were and when there's a membership held up, we had to wait long time to get service and one of the employees had to do the scanning to run the membership so little bit of improvement would be greatly appreciated.

I went to brown bear the first time and experienced damage to my windshield wipers. I filed a report with the gentlemen on staff and he gave me a business card for the manager while also taking down my information. I was quite upset, but there was nothing I could do at the time. The next day Jorge Cuevas, site manager, called me to come in so he could inspect the damage. He apologized, repaired it immediately, and gave me a free car wash. Jorge took responsibility, provided no excuses, made things right and compensated me for my time and stress. That is good business practice and I appreciate Jorge and his team for being respectful throughout the entire process. I will return to brown bear despite the original incident because of their positive communication and efforts to make things right.

The lot is an unstructured mess — it's overwhelming and hard to know where to go, and you can tell because folks are driving in all sorts of directions. I went through the wash tunnel and bought the nicest package with all upgrades and there was still gunk all on the roof of my car that I easily wiped off with a towel once I was home. The employees were also yelling at me to put my car in neutral even though I was already in neutral and told them such repeatedly. In all, this is a needlessly stressful experience that didn't even clean simple residue off my car. (I can't speak to the detailing stations, so if that's what you need, feel free to give it a try.)

Used this many times but today this f'king car wash scratched my car right one month before lease end! NEVER AGAIN! Update: Thankfully, the lease ended up fine. So far, the cause of these scratches remains a bit of a mystery, but I'm 99% certain that they were made in the carwash. Using self-service car washes from now on.

Yes! Credit card and even the manual wash in Fremont now Anita cards too.

Would recommend taking it off and also folding in your mirrors. I drive a XV as well.
