The location is convenient and the staff are friendly, especially Isaias in the Leasing Office! The units are thoughtfully designed and the building includes all the amenities you could ever need.

Really pleased with the building condition and staff. There are a few real superstars who work here. Robert R in maintenance is professional, efficient and just a nice guy. Isaias in the office is also courteous and professional. Ashley the leasing agent is a real nice young lady. The apartments look good, the building is really well maintained.

My experience at IMT5700 was both pleasant and memorable. The community is beautiful, well kept, and peaceful. Isaias and Courtney were so kind and informative during my tour, and I am hoping to call this place home in the very near future. Fingers crossed!

Walk-ins are welcome during our business hours. You can also schedule a tour by calling or texting our leasing team, or by clicking “Schedule A Tour” on our website. No matter how you choose to schedule a tour, you will have three easy touring options to choose from: (a) In-Person guided tour with a leasing consultant, (b) Self-Guided tour on your own, and (c) Live-Video tour via Zoom with a leasing consultant.
