Supercuts used to be a place where you could get a reasonably decent haircut for a good price. Now there one of the most expensive place to get a hair cut. They put the inflation problem right on the customer who most likely the customer did not get raise at there job. Don't plan on going there with no appointment either you will have to wait for a long long time to get a marginal haircut at the location I used to go to.

Since i cannot speak its difficult to describe what i wanted, but i had a photo in my cellphone, and my new friend was able to match the photo perfectly and some extra little touches that means ive found a new place to have my hair cut from now on. Thank You, much. John.

Supercuts at 14844 Burbank Blvd. in Sherman Oaks, California is illegally overcharging customers. The price on the website and the reservation system both post a “Supercuts” price of $21.50. The franchisee who also cut my hair charged $33.00. I showed her the published price and she even took a picture of it with her phone but still demanded $33 for the mediocre 10 minute haircut she gave me. Your website provides no recourse. It says to deal with the salon for any issues. Clearly that didn’t work. Your corporate “customer service” number is just a recording that directs you to a “contact us” form that doesn’t exist. If I don’t get a satisfactory response to this in a week, I will assume that the corporation is ratifying this illegal activity and I assume if it has happened to me, it has been happening throughout the country.
