Need to clean a little better ,saw the same hair clip and rubber band for two weeks on ground. Especially when you have to pay 😑 Community dues.

Lovely and well maintained, unfortunately they were at capacity and couldn't give a guaranteed time to return to enjoy the space.

Within the HOA rules? 48 hours I think, but you should check the CCRs to be sure. You should have a copy from the purchase of the home or be able to login to the portal and access a digital copy. -fellow resident (Not legal advice)

Is the Oasis pools being built? I see it under amenities.
