Might as well just copy and past the review for northridge here too as this gym has gone down hill as well Unfortunately I have to keep coming here because it's cheap but man this gym has gone downhill and fast... All water fountains except for 1 are warm, they removed the good filtered water, the machines are dirty, a bunch don't even work, the pads on machines are cracking with no refurbishment in site, the lockers are also dirty, it's like this place met its quota and they said eff it, no more up keep, even the towel service is bad... Did they stop buying detergent for the washer? The towels stink, the ac in the locker works half the time, the shower nozzels semi work, downhill

Night crew hides equipment with the excuse that it gets stolen. Why are you running a 24h a day gym for then?

So far my experiences at this gym has been great. Some of the equipment sometimes has been broken but most gyms have that as well. The staff has always been very helpful as well.

$15 for a base plan that allows you access only to the Van Nuys location. $22 for access to all Crunch and various perks like group classes and hydromassage. The $30 a plan gets you all the above, a free shirt and access to advanced classes. Plus an annual fee for any plans.

Yes indeed this location does have Zumba days...Would need to go check in person as the trainer shows up different days..
This is a place where you ask other customers. Try sending a corporate email, or maybe ask if you can talk to a manager :)
I think that the place is full of housewives who love zumba. I agree that they have more classes per week or more shifts a day.
You have to do it 1 week before the next bill is due. Call or go in the gym to cancel membership.
