DO NOT be a member of crunch!!! I was in a car accident my son told them that was in the hospital critical condition... I've only been a member for a month... My son call and went up to Crunch Van Nuys told what them happened and left several messages for management. No returned phone calls. Finally we get a call from crunch corporate saying I owe such such and such such my son told them she's in the hospital and could i make payment... My son told them to cancel my membership they told him & me yes they will cancel the membership for me. Now, they're trying to take me to court for NOT cancel membership AND IT has to be in writing... NO ONE TOLD US THAT... COURT FOR unpaid membership fees... Which it was NOT told to me or my son WHAT the FEES are for. I already paid for the whole month of August my accident was in August.
