The Manager refused to open the restroom door for me because of “Covid “. I explained to her that it was an emergency and practically had to beg she started arguing with me and said “ if the CDC came here right now and saw that I let you in the bathroom they would shut us down”. Absolutely ridiculous there’s multiple stalls in the restroom and there was only one person inside I was 6 feet apart and didn’t even make contact with that person. I have a colon disease and sometimes I need access to a restroom I can’t hold it or I’ll have an accident and she made me feel horrible !!! she didn’t allow me to use the bathroom and I almost had an accident. I was so upset after this ordeal I left my cart full of clothes and went home. One less customer for you guys… :( can’t believe you treat People like that.

Ross Dress for Less in general is a great place to shop. Great variety of clothing and home decor products, and home essential product/items. They even have a small section of home and mobile electronic products. Although I have to be honest one of the main reasons I enjoy shopping at any of there locations is due to there closing hours/time. Which i'm sure it's a result of the company considering every one has different work hour's and schedule's. Most importantly I must thank all the staff involved in this and all Other location for there effort/labor and time to make the business operate.

Clean store, larger store in the valley, i think. But they need more variety of clothes for all body types not just s,m,l very little Xl or plus sizes and its not clear where is what, hard to find what i was looking for.
