I was due for an upgrade, I walked in and was greeted by Liz. Liz listened to what I wanted and was able to communicate effectively. She was very knowledgable of the phone as well as the upgrade process. She was able to assist me in transitioning all my information from one phone to another. She was able to assist multiple customers at one time with ease and no issues, all the customers were helped and left with their questions answered. I would highly recommend going to her for your Verizon needs. She is compassionate to the needs of the customer as well as highly knowledgable of the device and the device settings as well as the plans offered.
