Linda, one of the owners is a wonderful person The company is great. However Miranda is terrible to deal with. She is unresponsive. Can't imagine it taking weeks to approve papers and a fence. She has gad all necessary documents. Just doesn't act.

We just came up on our one year anniversary of having bought our home and can now say with the utmost confidence that we're very pleased with not only the home's construction but also with the responsiveness of SEDA regarding any issues we've experienced. The majority of purchasers are empty nesters/retirees; which is attractive for those of us who are looking for a quieter neighborhood with beautiful water and preserve views. We're looking forward to many years here!

I was just told by the fencing company I'm using today that it can take SEDA up to 30 days to approve a fence .
