Awesome experience but it always is at this place - I never go to a Verizon store anymore as my experiences with them have always been horrible. Not at the store in the Natick Mall, however you may drop them at the address 1245 Worcester Road in Framingham one town over over by Temple St. Can be confusing with the similiar addresses.
