They charged missing fee for the appointment you don't book. They don't let you know the appointment. They make easy money!

Bad service. They scheduled an appointment but didn't tell me. I tried to call them many times to ask but nobody answered the phone. Then they charged me $25 for missing the appointment. What? They even didn't send a text messge reminder as other offices often do. Staff is very rude. It seems that they don't need customers. Take your kids to another dr if you can. You and your kid deserve a better treat.
