Fed Ex called me for a missing address element and told me they would be delivering a package on July 28. It didn't come. On July 31, I checked the tracking info and found that it had been being "held for pickup" since July 23 and, since they only hold packages for five business days, it would be sent back. I called, spoke to Chloe, told her the whole story and that I would be angry if that package was not delivered. She said she had arranged to have it delivered the next day and would monitor the progress. I wasn't and she didn't. I called again and spoke to Sebastian who told me that the only way for me to get the package delivered would be to have the shipper call FedEx and tell them they REALLY DO want it delivered to me, the person to whom they shipped it. That's beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER use FedEx again.
