First, the staff were incredibly kind and professional and have nothing to do with this review. I paid close to 6$ for printing two pages. Ridiculous.

The 5 star review, is for the great costumer service that I received by an employee named Jesus, he has helped me numerous times, providing me with great costumer service and It's greatly appreciated, I value his work ethics, very professional and courteous all the time, he goes above and beyond for the costumer, he will do great in life! Hopefully management of the store will acknowledge what a great employee that he is.

I went to this place just to get my passport photo taken.. it’s been about 12 years I haven’t done that. I read online that the prices were $12 for passport photos here. But that was wrong. The guys here charged me $21.84 for these pictures. No issues here except for the high prices of these pictures.

Never EVER use UPS, they lost my package that was sent from this location, that's not even the worst part if you can believe that.. it's their inability to communicate or give information. I had to wait for over a month after it was suppose to be delivered due to investigations to file a claim. And now I can't find out when Claim will be processed it's been almost 6 weeks and absolutely nobody to speak to, no phone number or person can help other than to keep waiting for online status to change. Fed Ex is behind Costco!! IF they make the mistake of losing they own up to their mistake fast.

Each store has an owner-operator and they set their own prices.
Normally a notary charges $15 per signature.... nothing against the UPS store, but your bank may do it for free.
I'm just a regular person but I don't know
That will depend on a lot of factors, especially weight and delivery date. Take your package into the store so they can give you your options.
