The customer service experience was sub-standard. The dude on duty could not be bothered to explaind or assist with the concept of applying use of an on-line graphic for end product custom creation. He cut me and my friend off so he could make a sale to another customer before completing his assistance with us. It was less than acceptable and i would never recommend the store and advise interested customers to shop else where.
