I went to get my eyes examined last November 2020. This was during Covid and I felt extremely rushed through the exam. When I went to get the prescription filled, I couldn’t even see out of the glasses. The prescription was completely wrong and on top of that I had a cataract in my right eye, which was never told to me at the Costco exam until I went to America’s Best a couple months later. You have to be a pretty bad optometrist to miss that! Do not recommend getting your eyes checked here!

I have been happy in the past here with my purchase of glasses and this time around i was prompted to pick a tickit. After doing so i was skipped by 3 other people before being noticed or looking at my tickit number in my hand. The girl in the all black with shoulder black length hair Was not helpful at all it seemed as thoe She hates her job or maybe because she Has to work a sunday. Well little hottie It's time to swicth career's. As for the optometrist in the white lab coat Great job.

I told the md at the end of the exam that the vision seemed a little off. She said no worries its the lenses if I let it adjust it will be normal. Ok. Buy my perscription at Costco using VSP. Tell them at the booth where my perscription is filled the vision seems off. Oh well you have a strong prescription your eyes will adjust. Ok. Same week my grandma in KY passes away and i take an emergency trip with my mother to bury my grandma. During the trip i lose my prescription sun glasses. A week later my son accidentally breaks my regular pair of glasses. I have been getting by duct tapping my glasses for 5 months. Grieving, my top priority wasn't getting a replacement pair. Called yesterday 1/16/19 to see if I could get my vision exam redone as the perscription was off and I wanted to ensure that when i paid full price for a new pair that atleast my perscription is correct. Were put on hold and eventually told that yesterday 1/15/19 was the 6month mark and they couldnt redo my vision exam. We explain the situation further as above to have the md tell the staff to call us bavk and say they will redo the vision exam for $40. So. To be clear. No Fs given that the prescription was done wrong in the first place. It is embarrassing that the md wont just make the minor 1 eye correction on my prescription having the incorrect one they already wrote as a refferance it would be a 5 minute deal. Horrible service. No compassion. Not humble enough to admit a mistake nither corageous enough to make it right with a simple exam. Sad.
