Do not go here. They only care about the money that there going to get from you and specially the insurance. They promised you everything but once you don't get approve they tell you they can't do anything to your teeth.

RAW POWER

Terrible place if you need dental work, they are sort staff, attend you late when you have an appointment. Half of the staff are having bad days or something because they are in a bad mood. When they put temporary caps they fall, by time you need to place back by the dental office they are close and take forever the next day to put it back on causing you to miss a day of work, time and gas on your car. Avoid this place at all cost for dental work, so unprofessional, especially the staff in the front office.

DO NOT GO HERE! THIEF-GONIFF I saw Dr. Mori Rouhani to replace a veneer from another dentist that had come off. She reattached using a laser fusion tool and it stayed on. I then had to go back eight months later. I told her I was desperate as a had a Zoom meeting to investors for a startup idea and I couldn’t have the meeting with what appeared to be a missing front tooth. She then looked at the dental assistant and made a odd little expression and instead of using the laser bonder, and without informing me, she simply put some adhesive on it. She told me she didn’t think it would work and that if it didn’t she could put a full crown on for $1,200. That night the veneer let loose while I was eating soup…………soup. She absolutely knew that would happen and that she could have used the other method and it would have held. She did what she did to try and sell me a full crown. This is a disgusting and disreputable person. DO NOT TRUST HER. In between the two visits my partner went there and also found their billing practices to be illegitimate and that, like me, she found the staff to be surly and unprofessional. Avoid this place like a root canal!

Awful. So bad do not go here. The office manager Marasol and Dr. Lilly do not care about the patients! All they care about is getting paid. Even if you don't have the work done. There are complaints on the better business websites for same type of work ethics/fraud with contracts going on in this office. Seeing I am not the only one to have a complaints that are the same. I contacted a civil attorney. I had my time and 5 months wasted, giving this office the benefit of the doubt. I am here to tell you don't. I got the run around and lies from Marasol and Dr.Lilly on daily/monthly basis.. They really need to be shut down. I hope this review helps one person not go through what many of us have experienced.
