On vacation in the Twin Cities, when the battery went bad in our Ford Expedition, we called AAA for roadside assistance/jumpstart, AAA responded in a timely fashion, assigning the call to Citywide. They notified us when Chad was five minutes out in arriving to help us. When he arrived he tested the battery, jumpstarted it, tested the alternator/charging system, informed us that we could probably limp home with the existing battery or gave us the option of replacing the battery on site, with a battery from the inventory on his truck. We okayed the replacement, and Chad removed and replaced the old battery in a very timely manner and we were back going again to enjoy our vacation time. Chad was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable, and there should be tons more people like him in the world! If we could rate this 10 stars we would!

Brooklyn park location 8am-5pm Monday-saturday Sunday 12-2 Blaine is the same for weekdays, weekends are same hours as well. Except by appointment only.
Depending upon how long it has been there
I believe you have to be the registered owner of the vehicle to access it, or you need a notarized letter from the registered owner stating that you are being given permission to access the vehicle on their behalf.
