I’ve been working at Design for 9 years, my 10th year anniversary is coming up in February. This is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. Now I know you’re probably saying since I’ve been here for a long period of time, I would say anything to make this company look good. The truth is, no company is perfect, a lot of companies will say one thing and mean something else, but I will say this, I never had a problem with miles, money, and home time. Anytime I needed to talk to a dispatcher, I always received a quick response and any issues were taking care of immediately. This is a family oriented company where everyone knows you by name and not just your truck number. All new equipment makes driving fun.

Worst trucking company, I've ever worked 4, very poorly run, dispatch is deceitful, and they lie about everything, the Recruiter is a liar!, promises thing's that never happen!!, this is not the place for any driver of any substance!!, the equipment is terrible!!, do all you can to avoid this place!!, it's a PLAGUE!!!, paychecks that are short!!, safety, very petty and unprofessional!!, if this is your last option, work at Burger King, you'll make more money!! And that's the truth!!
