AVOID this location in Camarillo. Probably due to two abusive customers walking in and destroying my consultation and train of conversation with the salesman 3 weeks later I drove back (fuel ain't cheap) to pick up the wrong pair of glasses! Wasn't what I ordered. Don't know if the issue was the fault of the salesperson or unwanted intrusion of disrespectful strangers. An older woman and man, if they're talking, you can't miss them. Salesman first quoted me a price then reduced it giving a vague answer as to why. I picked out the lenses and frames, making my specific selection clear. In combo with this meddlesome couple as well as the salespeople, both times, I felt like I did something wrong. Didn't want to go back there based on the experience I had. You won't feel you matter as a polite, considerate, thoughtful client here. Think I left a public review about what happened because it did and I left it to warn people. I could have gotten hurt physically and instead of having a good, efficient experience ordering what I came in to buy I was socially horrified. I'm a person with a disability and a speech difficulty and what was said to me was unacceptable. And now I'm short the glasses. They greet you with Put a mask on. No Hello or How are you. One might be naturally hesitant to go back in another 2 weeks to have an unfriendly retail office surprise them with the wrong glasses again, which I assume they would be, as he did not verify which ones they should have been nor ask me to point them out. Wrong frame, tint, prescription. Sole reason I returned to this location was the pair of glasses spent so much on broke! I went to get them out of their case and they were in there split right in the middle. Why? Because this retailer is a failed investment. If your purchase breaks and you miss the warranty even recently they won't stand by a replacement. Their T.V. commercials are annoying but customer service as well as doctors can be unbelievably disappointing. This location does NOT care and common sense relays they are DECEPTIVE.

Would give NO stars if I could. I will NEVER visit this business again! Staff could care less about customer service. Several of the lense extras ordered were not delivered. I paid more for inferior service and product than at my opthomologist office and received terrible service. Americas Best delivered half the extras ordered and charged just as my opthomologist. I Payed more for less service and inferior product. DO NOT use this business. They do not deliver what they advise.

Best experience for my first eye exam. Was treated amazing and everything done was explained. Very comfortable and welcoming environment. I was helped by Linda and she was super thorough and helpful, especially delightful. She helped me pick out the best pair of glasses that matches me! ❤️

Rocky and Trenton were extremely helpful and friendly, and the store has a great selection of frames. I took a long time picking out my frames and asking about variations on lenses, insurance, etc. Rocky very patiently answered all of my questions and retrieved pricing for various options. Zero pressure. He offered selection advice when I asked, and adjusted and cleaned my previous pairs of glasses at my request. It has been a long time since I enjoyed such great customer service. I wouldn’t get any of that trying to purchase glasses online.
