Well, it's not too bad, except that I needed the triple loaders for big sleeping bags. I put one in, and all good. The other machine was jammed. I should know better than to put the soap and softener first. At least it didn't take my money. The newer machine actually did not spin dry as good as the old one. Funny how that works. Of course, then you have to spend more to dry. Otherwise, it's pretty clean, and met some nice people there
