Terrible customer service rude and unhelpful. This is the the second 1st bank in Evergreen that I have found this to be the case.Pehaps more training and an overview in policy and procedures. Thank you 1st bank in Erie for your amazing customer service everytime!!!

Don't know why they have such bad reviews... I've been with this bank since I moved here in 2016 and I love the staff here and treatment I receive. Also love the quick deposit times.
