Poor customer service!!!Really frustrated about my situation and was hoping these people could resolve it. When I called the operator told me they would be roughly 2-3 hours out. Unfortunate and frustrating but understandable. As she was taking my information she said I was being snarky even though I was just being frustrated about my situation and refused to help me and told me to go to Bailey towing.

The worst place ever they new I was I. Jail and thought I was not getting out anytime soon they destroyed my vehicle stole my tools charged $430 hook up fee $5 dollars a mile 35 dollars a day storage wouldn't take responsibility for there incompetent driver they ripped myfront and back bumper off never even asked for my license registration or insurance took $ a 675 dollar cash payment and don't even know who drove my car out of there lot owner had the nerve to tell me my car was falling apart already so that made it ok for his driver just to rip both bumpers off and that I stole my own tool

We broke down outside of Evergreen. Once our insurance got around to doing their part, D&J Towing was awesome! The person at the office and the driver were very responsive and professional. Highly recommend If you get in a pinch.
